TV Capture - Xcapture CX 881P -- Worth it?

Hello,

I'm interested in buying the above card for the purposes of watching TV/recording shows in my PC. It is currently being sold at about $100.
I'm not looking for professional quality, but resolution and playback good enough so that I can watch comfortably and that won't look like some warez screener. It should also support NTSC and PAL-M input, otherwise I just won't be able to use it.

Of course, it has to have Linux support (from what I've Googled around it appears to have, but I'd like it to hear from the horse's mouth).

Does anybody have any comments or recommendations?

$100usd isn't particularily cheap and from what I can tell it doesn't come with a remote either.

You can get a model like this, 10bit, fm tuner, remote, about $60usd
