Queria saber si hay alguna forma de poner un tiempo de espera maximo mientras gentoo esta cargando y busca un servidor dhcp para cojer los datos de la red.

Es muy fácil, hay que pasarle el parámetro "-t n_sec". Mira, esto es parte de mi archivo /etc/conf.d/net
Code:

iface_eth0="dhcp"
iface_wlan0="dhcp"
dhcpcd_eth0="-t 3"
dhcpcd_wlan0="-t 7"


Creo que es obvio lo que significa ;-) :-D
