Hi zusammen.
Unter Windows gibt es mindestens eine Lib, welche eine Art Übersetzung zwischen Webmail-Oberflächen und POP3-Protokoll vornimmt. Im Endeffekt kann man also mit einem stinknormalen Mail-Client über POP3 bzw. halt diese Lib Mails abholen, welche ausschließlich über Webmailer-Frontend erreichbar sind. epost wäre jetzt so ein Kandidat zum Beispiel, welcher sich im einfachsten "Tarif" nicht per POP3 Abfragen lässt.
Kennt jemand eine ähnliche Lösung für Linux?

das verwendet mein provider... ist eigentlich ganz gut finde ich....

@hephaistos6 Ich glaub das hast du falschrum verstanden..
@Shadows Ich kenne sowas nur für Hotmail, da gäbe es z.B. hotwayd..

Hmmm... ja, ich bin mir ehrlich gesagt auch noch nicht so recht sicher, ob das das ist, was ich suche. Das scheint mir eher eine Suite zu sein, die komplette PIM-Funktionen als webbasierte Applikation anbietet.
Ich suche ja quasi nur eine Schnittstelle von Webmail -> POP3 / IMAP. Dein Hint, moe, geht da eher in die Richtung glaube ich :)
Aber vielleicht kann horde ja dennoch das, was ich brauche, ich wühl mich morgen noch ein bisschen durch die laut Page ja kaum vorhandene Doku :)

Guck dir mal die ganzen Pakete in net-mail an, z.B.
