I tried many manuals, some Gentoo forum posts, www.google.com and still no luck at trying to install this TV tuner card. Its found and displayed correctly in /proc/bus/usb/devices but I can't get any software app to use it. I am trying to use TvTime and GQradio but no luck. I heard of IIV and BTTV and Video4Linux. I got no where with BTTV. Found Video4Linux in the Kernel but have no idea what so ever as to what option in the list of video devices works for my card.
I use 2.6.7-gentoo-r11.

Go there. Read stuff.
There's an ebuild for it; I don't know how well it works. The driver works to satisfaction, though it's in _extremely_ heavy development (pre-alpha). In general, a particular version either works perfectly or causes kernel panics. |

I tried this driver but no luck what so ever with emerge ivtv or compiling two versions of this.
0.1.9 and 0.1.7.
