|
during system startup, the "Calculating Module Dependencies" returns an failure code (!!).
however, after the system has loaded, when i do a depmod -a, everything is fine. if i do a /etc/init.d/modules restart; the Calculating Module Dependencies no longer gives an error either and returns with an success code, (ok).
anybody know where could this be coming from? |

/usr/sbin/update-modules doesn't like overwriting things that it didn't create. Try running "update-modules force" as root once, and see if matters improve afterwards. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
