well i just booted off the cd and trying to get my nic working so insmod pcmcia_core

ive heard 2 reports one that pcmcia support not in the 1.4 cd adn the other that it worked just fine. so can any one offer any other suggestions |

I'm pretty sure it isn't on the 1.4 CD (I don't use PCMCIA, so I've not tried). Usually booting from the 1.2CD, then swapping to the 1.4 CD afterwards will solve the problem. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

yeah i just booted from the 1.2 cd and wget the tar ... just gonna build it that way old school hopefully the 1.4 final will have all the nifty stuff like pcmcia support ![Smile :)](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |
