I don't like the black theme in gdm. I want Blue theme. How can i change it?

This is how I do it in kdm, so it may be the same in gdm:

in /usr/share/cursors/[xfree,xorg-x11]/default/index.theme, change the line that says Inherits=core to Inherits=Blue

Note: This will change the default mouse cursor to Blue, for ALL users.
