Can't emerge gentoo-sources after emerge system, error emerging libxml!
/distfiles/2 doesn't exist anywhere, so why's it trying to find it.

Stage 1 install, I've succesfully installed before.

2.4 kernel worked yay!

so I will just upgrade to 2. 6 after I get everything working.
hope there are no more problems :roll:

You may have a stray /2 in your /etc/make.conf

Look at the output of "emerge --info" to help find it.

I don't see anything wierd exept were it says I have 4 cpu's (I wish :))

I see nothing to indicate that you have 4 CPUs, so I'm wondering what you're talking about.
