This should work with the 3c59x module but kicks out the following errors in /var/log/messages

I installed gentoo with a knoppix disk, which runs this just fine. I had similar problems with SuSE, which I tried on this laptop, but gave up because there's not much of a support community, versus Gentoo. |

This is a bus device and therefore is treated like a PCMCIA card despite the fact that it is not. You must emerge pcmcia support in the kernel and emerge this drivers a module on the TP X21 and probably others. Works fine. |
