Hi, I followed every speedtouch usb howto in this forums, but when I plug my speedtouch on some of mine six usb ports, it doesnt appear on /proc/bus/usb/devices ....

**** when I ran this cat, my speedtoch was plugged, but he doesnt exist on usb/devices!
if need more info, ask me and i will put here...
I need solve this as soon as possible, this is my new server here at my work, and everone depends on this modem crap..
btw, i need pppoatm not pppoe ...

Fungos Bauux,
How did you work out that you need the USB UHCI-alt root hub driver. Its a malter of trial and error to determince which works best for you USB UHCI-alt or USB UHCI (without the alt). _________________ Regards,
