Hi,
i re-installed a dedicated server from suse to gentoo2004.2 over net, and all works fine, but if i run some of the services i noticed that they need the third of cpu-power then with suse, here some infos:

if you need some more infos, simple write it, i will post them. (no passwords etc, of course)
i thing that the reason is the stage itself, because it isnt the first time, that i updated a server on this way, but i always used 2004.1 where the perfomance was better than with suse.
i hope you can give me some advise.

yes, this tool shows me that the processes uses more cpu-power than with suse.
