Il problema è il seguente...devo montare un DVD da me masterizzato con K3B,. con su il backup del sistema...però accade una cosa strana...il file più piccolo (quello della home) lo vedo correttamente...quello grande (da 3 Gb ca.) con la /, viene visualizzato come un file da soli 6Mb mi pare o cmq pochi...e infatti copiandolo su hd per poi estrarlo...viene copiata solo la parte visibile e quindi l'estrazione dà errore...
Io però so che sul DVD c'è l'intero file da 3Gb (aperto con Windows, che me lo vede correttamente, il che mi infastidisce non poco  )...
Che faccio?

a quanto pare le dimensioni le vede correttamente ma non il file...
e se faccio ls -l /mnt/cdrom mi da' anche:

ho risolto in maniera molto poco elegante...copiando sulla partizione di Windows i tar.bz2, avviando poi con LiveCD e montando la suddetta partizione per andarli a prendere... e ora ho ripristinato il sistema...
però il problema della lettura scorretta del DVD permane...
da cosa può dipendere? masterizzazione? montaggio? Non posso masterizzare DVD con file grandi? ho letto qualcosa in proposito in giro cercando di risolvere questo problema...però non è che abbia capito molto...quindi approfitto e chiedo, qual è il modo migliore di masterizzare DVD (con file molto grandi) ? |
