I have an existing GPG key that I use with e-mail and such, and I need to create an SSH key. Can I use the former for the latter? Is there some kind of "import" feature? |

Unfortunately, I think they use different formats. I tried to find a way for this as well, but couldn't find anything. If you find a way, post back. _________________ No guilt in life, no fear in death

I've found a third-party patch for openssh, openssh-gpg [www.red-bean.com] that provides the capability. However, I don't know the quality of the patch, or even if it applies to current OpenSSH versions. It's currently at version 0.9.
