everytime i use tvtime i have to su root to change this:
sysctl -w dev.rtc.max-user-freq=1024
i only did this once before and it kept it after a reboot, now it forgets it after a reboot. is this a module issue ? devfsd ?

There is several ways you can fix this.
I've put the command in /etc/conf.d/local.start _________________ Regards,

what is the difference between
/etc/conf.d/local.start
and
/etc/sysctl.conf |
