When I try to emerge mldonkey-2.5.4 I get the following error dueing compilation:

The files /usr/lib/ocaml/pervasives.cmi and /usr/lib/ocaml/lablgtk/gPack.cmi
make inconsistent assumptions over interface Pervasives
make: *** [src/gtk/configwin/configwin_types.cmx] Error 2
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

!!! ERROR: net-p2p/mldonkey-2.5.4 failed.
!!! Function src_compile, Line 45, Exitcode 2
!!! (no error message)

I did some googling and I think the problem has something to do with OCAML, but I'm running the latest one from the portage tree (ocaml-3.07-r1)!

Any help on this would be much appreciated thanks!!

i managed to emerge mldonkey 2.5.4 as follows:

1.) emerge mldonkey-2.5.3-r1.ebuild
2.) upon request let the script install ocaml 3.07-r1 and liblgtk locally (to mldonkey directory)
3.) emerge mldonkey-2.5.4.ebuild

now everything is working extra fine... :-)

p.s.: gcc version was 3.2.3 20030422
