Hi all! Just wondering if anyone has or know where to get some cool looking PPC/Linux, or even better, PPC/Gentoo desktop wallpapers? My iBook is so cool looking with Gentoo on it, a PPC related wallpaper would just be icing on the cake  |

look for slackintosh wallpapers (so its not actually gentoo, but the slackintosh logo it a tux, with a pipe, and his front is the macos finder pattern)
the only thing slack about it is the pipe, the rest is pure tux

Take a look at http://www.sadeem.net/tux.html, there are some nice looking backgrounds (and icons) on that site (the backgrounds are ver similar though). It's umm.. a kind of "tux" in the shape of the Apple logo.. well, for me hard to describe, just go take a look.
You do need Flash to access the site though. I use MOL, and accessed it with Safari after installing the Flash plugin. Normally i'm against the use of Flash, but i have to admit that the Flash intro on that site is kinda.. cute. I like his work.
(IMHO, those backgrounds look 1000 times better than the Slackintosh...) |

this is a little off topic, but does anyone know where i could get a little transparent sticker with a semi-transparent tux in it?? i need it to put inside the glowing apple logo on the back of the computer so everyone at the party knows tis not straight-up mac  .

Sweet! Thanks for that link! I've been wanting a Gentoo stainless steel cup for a while, but they never seem to have it at the Gentoo store.
