I've just installed xcdroast and, among several not-so-intuitive UI things, I couldn't find a way to view the content of a CD...
Before blanking a CD-RW, I'd like to check if there is nothing important on it, but it seems impossible with xcdroast: I had to switch to an xterm, mount my CD, and ls the CD. Not really user-friendly... Have I missed something ? |

For audio cds you could go to Duplicate CD from the main menu. This will read the CD info for you, then you can go on your way. I think for data cd's you might be out of luck though.
Good luck,
