Salve a tutti gente!
Sto cercando ancora dopo tanto tempo  d'installare la mia gentoo
solo che quando arrivo a fare da chroot /mnt/gentoo /bin/bash > poi
emerge sync , mi da questo errore

Ho provato piu volte a fare l'aggiornamento del mirror con | Code: | | # mirrorselect -i -o >> /mnt/gentoo/etc/make.conf |
senza nessun successo ....in pratica mi sono fermato dall'installazione ..
mentre aspetto un vostro consiglio vado a vedere cosa trovo ...

Probabilmente dopo il chroot non hai impostato la configurazione dei dns nel file /etc/resolv.conf ...
Prova a dare:

echo "nameserver 195.176.176.129" > /etc/resolv.conf
|
e riporva con emerge sync.

Ma hai copiato il resolv.conf prima di fare il chroot?

Infatti se 6 dietro a un firewall prova a guardare se hai la porta che usano i pacchtti sync aperta, io per un periodo tutte lo volte che lo davo dovevo andare e farmi aprire la porta sul server...
poi abbiamo risolto con squid..dando dei permessi ai pc con Gentoo....
controlla bene le porte che puoi usare IMHO..
