It's about time I get around to working with my scanner under Linux. So...how do I do it? I emerged xsane and it says it can't find a scanner. I've run sane-find-scanner and it doesn't find my scanner there either. So, probably got to do something else.
I have a ScanMaker 3630 (label on top of the scanner). It plugs in via usb.
So...what do I do to get this bad boy scanning under Linux? _________________ ---

I'm sorry, but it looks like there is nothing to do. From the sane homepage :
Quote: | unsupported ScanMaker 3630 USB Unsupported. Doesn't seem to be compatible to 3600 series, see link. |

Ahhh fudge bars, another thing I can't use. Oh well, it'll work in a year, I'm sure. _________________ ---
