hmm my keyboard has 108 keys according to documentation, well the prob is that i set it to "pc 105(int)" in Xorg's config, and when i try to use lineakd i only get 1 special(multimedia) key to work, the other 3 are dead, i can't get their scancodes in any way, tryed lots of progs... and even lineakd's tutorial
so how can i "add" those 3 keys?
p.s. this is the thread i posted earlier, with no replys _________________ Stop posting your PC's hardware as your signature.

The 2.6 kernel input drivers seem to be a little flaky when it comes to the handling of extra keys. I have 23 (!) extra buttons on my keyboard, plus another 12 with the F* keys. Unfortunately, I can only get 15 to work. Some of the rest actually get interpreted as mouse events, oddly enough.
It looks as if there's no easy fix, and that this is in fact a kernel issue. Sorry.
EDIT: Tyops. I mean tyspo. I mean ytpos. Gaa. Typos. (/me makes mental note to learn to use preview button.) |
