I don't know what applet your talking about, what does it do? Anyway, applets are usually from the gnome-applets package. |

You're thinking of the capplets that come from the gnome system tools, I'm sure.
There's an ebuild from BMG for it if there's not one in the base portage tree. |

Yes sir...the Gnome System Tools is what I was looking for...
...odd that it isn't emerged as a default with the GNOME install??

It's not part of gnome 2.6 and below offically. It should be part of gnome 2.8 though. _________________ I wish hell would freeze over already.
