NetZero authentication / GNOME ????

Has anyone figured out how to work-around the NetZero authentication? I've read a couple of other threads where this question has been asked, but haven't found "the way".

Unfortunately I'm stuck with dial-up, and right now NZ seems to be providing the most reliable service in my area. (FYI - I tried Earthlink and it blows!!!! I was getting avereage DL rates with emerge of around 600 Bps for the past month. BULL!)
