Okay so i have tried to install mplayer all day but it won't work. I think some module or something is missing. I have tried som earlier versions of mplayer and the pre2 work but alas there was no sound on that one. Think it got something to do that i use alsa. Anyway for the later versions this problem occurs and i cant quite understand it.

Did you make sure you included alsa in your use flags. Also, did you include the -arts USE flag? Just a simple suggestion. |
