emerge messages (how can I see them all?)

Some of the packages contain some important messages about configuration instruction or tuning. If I emerge multiple packages in one emrge command (or alternative, emerging a package requires some other packages), I might miss some important messages as it just scrolls the screen.

Is there a way to see all messages of the packages which were just installed?
