Where is the Gentoo Livecd for ia-64?
I have been hunting through the mirrors and can't find it? does anyone have an iso image of 2004.0 or 1.4?

There is no liveCD for ia64.
What I did is install another linux and then gentoo in a chroot environment... I tried Mandrake with no luck and used Debian.
