http site inaccessible?

Hi, I'm having problems with my friend connecting to my website and I just can't find anything wrong. Could I get a volunteer or two to try and report please? It works for me from inside the lan and outside. I have no idea why my friend can't.

First address works fine. The second one gives me an "Address not found error."
