I have just install the fvwm extra themes with portage.
But I don´t know how to use and switch the themes.
I really want to switch theme becuse the standard theme is very ugly.
Don´t say RTFM becuse I could´t find it in the man-pages.
Sorry if my english is bad, I´m only 12 years and from sweden. _________________ /Bertil Stenberg

I think there is a command like fvwm-themes or something like that the comes with that themes package that you can use to change the theme. just type in fvwm and tab to auto-complete to see all the fvwm commands.

true true. fvwm is one of the hardest if not the hardest, wm to setup. i tried it for two days and i was tired. back to flux and openbox.
i also suggest to leave fvwm if not planning to spend hours with setup files. |

you need to start fvwm with fvwm-themes-start and then you can change themes from the menu. |
