Firefox odd behaviour

Hi,
Since I updated my Firefox to 0.9.1 and later 0.9.3, it has been exhibiting the following behaviour:
1)At random times mouse scrolling stops working. This is always accompanied with the page-loading progress bar showing itself with 100% progress. Closing off the tabs doesn't help
2)Sometimes the URL field doesn't refresh itself or show the address of the page located in the different tab.
3)Options and find-in-page dialogs dont close.

I emerged the mozilla-firefox source, with reasonably solid gcc flags:
-march=athlon-xp -O3 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer

Maybe it is the case that some of sites I visit lately just happen to do this, but I didn't manage to trace this to any of the webpages which I viewed...

Anybody has any suggestions? Thanks!
