I downloaded the minimal iso, and added a stage and portage. And burned with image with Nero. I edited the ISO with MagicISO. When I boot the disc, i get that infamous checksum error. And I saw all the other posts regarding such an error, but none dealing with those you still only have Windows. What can I do about it in Windows? _________________ Mowing the grass is blowing my mind!!! |

You can install linux from a universal livecd. I think you should have the same result. |

You will need to add more than this if you plan to install Gentoo without a network connection.
You will need (at least) kernel sources, bootloader, filesystem utilities, logger, etc. |
