analog and rmagic problem

So I have a small problem. Its probably just an oversight, but i'm stuck.

I have a script that runs analog and creates the output file rmagic needs in order to run. I have 2 sites that I'm hosting right now. One of them is working great log wise. The other, it only reads the log up to May 29th and then stops. I checked the log file, and it goes to the 20th of this month, but for some reason, its not updating.
