hi, all
I'm using Gnome. Every time I start it, I found my sound card has turned to mute. Then I turned it on manually and It works. However, when I restart my computer, the sound card will be turned to mute again. (But just restart X would not have this problem). |

Do you use alsa ? If so, the /etc/init.d/alsasound startup script should take care of storing your mixer levels. You should add it to your boot runlevel :
Code: | rc-update add alsasound boot |
