|
|
I have installed WinXP Pro on a 10 GB partition on my 120 GB harddrive.
In the linux kernel v2.4.25-gentoo-r2, I have included ntfs support
File Systems ---> <*> NTFS file system support (read only).
When I boot Linux it says : "mount: fs type ntfs not supported by kernel"
What is the problem?? |

Sounds like it doesn't use the new kernel. Did you remember to copy it and System.map to /boot? Also make sure Lilo/GRUB is using the new kernel, if you didn't overwrite the old one. _________________ PKA Cuber
