Hi,
I know that Windows 2000 won't boot natively from past 1024 cylinders... But is there some trick that makes it possible to chanload it from past 1024 cylinders with lilo or grub? _________________ "Pokey, are you drunk on love?"

I couldn't make that work. Although I liked how easy gag was to set up... I'd never seen it before. I'd consider using it more if it didn't have such a hideous font.
Anyway, I decided the easiest thing to do was to grab a large (mostly unused, I backed it up first) hdd from another machine, so I could juggle the partitions around and get the NTFS one near the beginning of the drive. I suppose it's probably an NT limitation of some description. _________________ "Pokey, are you drunk on love?"
