What should i do... ??? I don't know.

Then i did:

sh Check.sh
=====================================================================
ATI Technologies
=====================================================================
Checking which OS you're running...
uname reports 'Linux' version '2.4.19-gentoo-r10', architecture 'i686'.
Object format is 'ELF'.
libc version is '6.3'.

XFree86 Version 4.2.1 is installed.

No package available for glibc 2.3. Try fglrx-glibc22.tgz
Binary package name is 'fglrx-glibc21.tgz'

So where can i find this fglrx-glibc22.tgz...

I'm still a noob... Don't laugh at me... hahaha
:? :D :D

ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge ati-drivers

And then running glrxconfig should work.

The ACCEPT_KEYWORDS option unmasks them. You can read this in the emerge manual.

Ok another Question... :D

What should i do next... ???

I thought i should go to /lib/modules/fglrx/build_mod and do da make.sh

and then a directory up and make_install.sh

The only problem is... there is no /lib/modules/fglrx directory...

maybe opengl is missing ?!

Update: Opengl is installed:

x11-base/opengl-update
Latest version available: 1.5
Latest version installed: 1.5
Size of downloaded files: 0 kB
Homepage: http://www.gentoo.org/
Description: Utility to change the OpenGL interface being used.

Wahhhaaa... :(

If I remember correctly (I installed the drivers 2 months ago), the ebuild takes care of compiling the kernel modules.

The executables from the ati set of drivers are in /opt/ati/bin I think.

If u want to switch opengl interface, u just have to :
Code:
#opengl-update ati

Hope this helps.
