64 Bit computing

Hi there everyone, I have been using gentoo myself for some time, and have got the opportunity through work to do some neat stuff with it. Basically I am putting together a few demos of Intel's EM64T tech, I was wondering what sort of demo you guys think would be cool, and hopefully illustrate the point well.

The platform I will be doing the demo on will be 3.4-3.8 Ghz Xeons (DP) with however much RAM is gonna be needed (maybe 8GB) and it has PCI-E and all that good stuff.
