spec for live-cd stage3 on catalyst

where would i or can i find a template spec file for a stage3-livecd?
help please..

my intentions are to create a livecd for a pentium2 system with 64 ram but no network capability... just a usb port and a wifi adapater (i can get the wifi working later) but for now

i need to get catalyst to compile stage3 for p2...
