for example i mean
chroot into /mnt/gentoo from (vt1)((thats ALT+F1 right?)
then chroot into the same directory /mnt/gentoo from (vt2)((ALT+F2)
is this possible?

No problems. I do it all the time during an install to emerge several different packages at once.
chroot only changes the root for a given process. In this case, the /bin/bash of the terminal. |

normally it's no problem but be aware that your settings are not overtaken to both vc's.
means: if you export http_proxy for example you'll have to do on both vc's to work on both properly.
env-update didn't help against this, at least in my box.
