Where would I start

Hi, I need some places to start if I were to become a linux programmer with graphical interfaces. (Example utilities like windows explorer or modifying anacoda and so forth)

I have taken a few courses on C++ and C. A basic course in java, so i do have the basics I need to start from after this could you forward me to some websites.

best place (for gtk) is probably its website, or look here if you're into c++.

you also might want to give glade a try for starters.

you might also want to look up a qt tutorial... i'm pretty sure that the kde people have great tools and easily available tutorials.
