I cannot seem to get my wireless card to work on my desktop either. Iwconfig does not reveal the recognition of the card. It is a Texas Instruments ACX 100 22Mbps Wireless Interface
I cannot get it to see it.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Dan
I have another post but that one is about my notebook this one is about my main desktop. _________________ DannyBoy |

Did you try the driver from the ACX100/ACX111 wireless network driver project? Cause this chipset isn't supported by the kernel. It works fine with my wlan card!
But if you can, you should really envisage to return this card to the shop and mention unacceptable terms. Texas Instruments doesn't do anything to release linux drivers, it's unacceptable!! And for this reason, the driver made by a linux communauty's volunteer is very experimental... there is no wep support and so on...
Anyway... Texas Instruments is the devil, never consider to buy their products!!
