|
|
Just about had my Gentoo exactly where I want it. Emerged some stuff last night, reboot this morning and now get this:
Freeing unused kernel memory: 188k freed
sh-3.00#_
and that's it - blinking cursor.
I booted from CD and CHrooted to rebuild kernel but still the same.
Should I be looking at kernel or hardware problems? |

You might want to boot the live-cd and chroot again, and check your fstab. Did you notice if the baselayout were updated and/or if you etc-update:ed some /etc files? _________________ AMD Athlon64 X2 4200+ AM2
