SWSUSP2 & ck-sources (or nitro) HELP wanted!!

I tried to merge the software suspend 2 patch into 2.6.8.1 linux kernel with the ck staircase sheduler patch. They simply refuse to work together and in the latest nitro-sources, swsusp2 also left because of too much trouble (I think)...
Guess what: I'm on a laptop and really really need the software suspend modus! v1 sucks monkeyballs, and crashes my whole laptop... I'm not an expert at patching but manually fixing hunks should generally cause no problem. But this.... Hell.

Has anyone succeeded in patching is kernel WITH Con's sheduler and swsusp2? Or can maybe anyone give it a try to give me a little hand? Thanks every much in advance anyway... Some usefull links:
