wireless connection - planet WL 8303

did anyone get this card working with gentoo? I'm preparing myself for gentoo installation and I'd like it to be the one with a network connection; so if anyone already fought with it please write at least few lines about how he or she managed (or not ) to do it;

That depends on the wifi chip (Atheros, Broadcom, Conexant etc.) the card uses.

If you already own it, check lspci

it's Realtek's chipset
