Hi,

I'm looking for the places KDE looks when he starts up to launch programs/daemons.

The problem is: I use KPilot, activated the option to auto-start on login; however, it isn't started; so I want to manualy add it, but where?

You can make a desktop shortcut in your ~/.kde/Autostart folder.

There's also the ~/.kde3.3/env/ folder if you're using 3.3 which goes along with ~/.kde3.3/shutdown/ folder.
