I have a nfs mounted home directory. If i try to start gnome, it shows me the error message that there is a problem with rpc.statd or rpc.lockd and that it can't lock the test lock file. I have installed and running rpc.statd, lockd, rpc.mountd etc. but I can't find a rpc.lockd. I have no Idea how to manage this problem under gentoo!

Can anybody help me please?
