emerge kde problem

Hi,...
I tried to make emerge kde.
When it emerged the kdebase package i got a error message on compiling and it canceled the emerging.

*******IMPORTANT********

Add /usr/kde/3/bin to your PATH

(no error message)

... so thats the message i get..
