Having a problem with emerge system (Digests do not match?)

Ok, I'm building a stage 2 installation right now, and I'm getting an error. While doing emerge system, it stops and gives me the error of:

!!! File is corrupt or incomplete (Digests do not match)

And then it shows the recorded digests and my files' digest, and they are different. And it says that the file /usr/portage/distfiles//miscfiles-1.3.tar.gz does not exist.
I tried to do:
cd /usr/portage/distfiles
wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/miscfiles/miscfiles-1.3.tar.gz
But that didn't work. Any idea whats going on? Thanks.

Probably, portage and ftp mirrors have different version, wait for a while and then retry.

Check to see if miscfiles-1.3.tar.gz exists in /usr/portage/distfiles, and if it does, remove it and try downloading it again.
