Qmail/VpopMail Horde/IMP issue

Hi all,

Have followed the Qmail/Vpopmail instruction on www.gentoo.org without any problems until I actually wanted to test Horde/IMP (screenshot: http://www.sadccitizen.net/screen.png)
This is with IE and FireFox. When I click on Mail on the bottom it takes me to the actual loging screen and after entering my credentials it just stays at the login screen.
If I look at my horde.log file is tells me that authentication took place successfully. I also noticed when I open the site with links on the server it let me log in but does not allow me to compose a new message.

Any comments/ideas?

Okay .... unemerge and deleted eveything Horde/IMP related and ermerge squirrelmail. Ran the very easy pearl script and *buff* everything was working fine

Will check back later on Horde/IMP if I get more patience and time :wink:

Also noticed that Squirrelmail is soooo customizable it is unbeliviable.

It's probably something in the config. I had an issue similar to this when I was setting up horde. I can't remember exactly what it was off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure it was in /horde/config/registry.php that I had the problem. Just FYI, you can actually run horde side by side with squirrel mail just use different directories.

Thanks for the info ... so what are the majot differences between the two actually?
