|
|
Hello.
Usually, when I pressed F2 during the bootplash at shutdown, I could se the termination of services and lots of [ok]'s. Now, when I press F2, I am taken to a console, prompting for a login. The computer shuts down normally, though.
Can anyone help me to solve this? I know it must sound kind of cosmetic, mas it is handy to see if there is anything wrong at shutdown.
Thanks for reading |

Try to "shutdown now" out of the first terminal, does pressing F2 help in this situartion?
Sometime the "[ok]'s" are displayed on an other consohle, try to switch between and find the right! _________________ root@mbj # echo "sys-pizza/calzone -tunfish" >> /etc/paludis/use.conf

Sorry for the delay of this post.
Well, during shutdown I tried consoles from F1 to F6 but the shutdown-text wasn't in any of them. Any more ideas, please?
Thanks |
