salve Gentaglia
allura ho memerso xorg, prima avevo xfree , tutto bello configurato con il 3d per nvidia, la cosa strana a mio avviso è che xorg una volta dopo emerso mi è partito senza configurarlo, mi sono bastati un emerge nvidia-kernel nvidia-glx e poi tutto a posto...
ma, il fatto è, xorg è autoconfigurante? si è preso la configurazione del precedente Xfree unemergiato o che?

si per ragioni di retrocompatibilità (per il momento) xorg accetta anche il file:
Code: | /etc/X11/XF86config |
in mancanza del suo:
non è autoconfigurante se dediseri riconfigurarlo usa il comando:
xorgconfig o xorgcfg che è ovviamente identico a xf86config _________________ "...There are two sort of lies, lies and benchmarks..." |
