portage-2.0.51_rc1 bug? [SOLVED]

Is this a known bug? I installed portage-2.0.51_rc1. Now when I try to emerge something, it will just download the tarball and then bails out:

% sudo emerge lynx

>>> Downloading http://gentoo.osuosl.org/distfiles/lynx2.8.5.tar.bz2

And then I get my normal prompt, nothing else happens.

Just upgraded to Portage 2.0.51_rc6 ; the problem persists.

Thanks!

Adding "-sanbox" to the FEATURES in /etc/make.conf solved the problem!
